I bought my truck a month ago and damaged it on a pole. Taking your baby to a shop can be nerve racking, given that a... person you have never met is going to be doing some serious work to your truck. You can be rest assured with this place. Their the shop chevy ford and tesla recommends to people in the south bay. This place is the truth. They fixed my truck in under a week like they promised. Fransisco and the production manager collaborated to make sure they could meet my deadline (I needed my truck back to tow). This place is the best shop in town. 5/5. Also George will give you a ride back to work if you need!read more

They are supposed one of the best shops in LA, their workload and wait times seem to support that. My car took over 2... months to finish the job. The shop put the order in for parts after having the car for 3 weeks according to the order email from Tesla.read more

Something you never want to do is finding a collision center it's like finding a dentist lol well Jim&Jack's changed... that for my family.Unfortunately my daughter got hit in her Jeep on the way into work.Everything started looking up after calling to setup a appointment to get the Jeep repaired.I was appointed Francisco and he took care of everything and kept me up on everything that needed to be done.The repairs were all done and we couldn't be happier with the work done and the customer service we got thank you..From the first call to the handshake when we picked up the Jeep nothing could have gone better thank you guys big time.read more

Worst service I have ever received from a collision center!! After having my car for an entire month went to pick up my... car only to find out that there were new scratches on the car and in the areas that were "fixed" there were bubbles from where they repainted. I have now had another rental vehicle for an entire week. As if that wasn't enough but I have received zero updates on my vehicles status. I have had to call every single day this week and every time I call they tell me it will be ready "this afternoon". That started last friday and it is now Thursday the following week. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!read more

When I asked over the phone about the details of what is getting fixed on my car, when I misunderstood what the "Xs"... stand for, they were very accommodating to show me. But once I went in and met with someone who explained what was necessary to happen first, I understood immediately and was not necessary to show me. They were prompt in picking up my car when I could no longer drive it after my accident and professional. I felt they are taking excellent care of me and that's a wonderful feeling after an accident. First I went to Tesla Dealer in Torrance to fix my accident damage on front impact. They recommended me to go to Y & S... auto body or Jim & Jack's Collision center. I am glad I choose Jim and Jack's. Jerry O. helped me by taking look at my car and told me not to worry we will make it like new. I have not seen my car yet but I have gut feeling based on the first day when i gave my car for an inspection for a day, next day when I pick up my car after inspection they washed my car and clean my tires and internal side vacuum and made it look like fresh new even thou my car is just few months old. Once I get my car fixed i will write one more comment with pictures. Hopefully it is fixed fast/soon. it has been week + now. 🙂 No complaints. Please choose Jerry O. he is the man. Love Jerry's service and amazing communication and keeps you in loop daily by his cell phone.read more

I called int a Thursday to have my car taken in for repairs. I was told that if my insurance was covering the damage, I... could take my care in on the following Monday. Once I mentioned I'd be paying for damages up front, I was told Jim and Jack's wouldn't take my care for at least two weeks. Gladly took my car elsewhere and my car was repaired in less than a week.read more

My car was fixed fast and I had communication through the whole processes which I loved. They don't have a car rental... location there, but they'll call someone to pick you up. My only complain was my car not washed/clean upon return, (BUT THAT'S MINOR).read more

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I’ve had at Jim & Jack’s on several occasions in the past several... months. Ritchie is everything you would hope for in a proud, family business owner. He is hands on and his caring and years of experience and ownership has trickled down to all of his employees. Jerry took care of me through the long process of waiting for parts from Tesla for a significant repair of my beloved Tesla Model 3. Every promise made was kept. Constant, regular updates were provided, and at the end of it all my car was ready for me before the expected date and, as promised, better than it was before my accident! It was detailed inside and out to showroom condition! A couple of months following the return of my car, I managed to scratch the trunk lid. I went back to Jim & Jack’s, only for their advice on just what I should do to make it brand new again as they had done such an immaculate job of paint match with my major repair. Without hesitation, with the pleasure they had in the quality of the work of the previous repair, they took care of me in this second go around! Extraordinary, customer friendly, service! Above and beyond! As I left today with my car, I thanked Ritchie & Jerry and said I was almost inclined to get in an accident again so that I could come back to Jim & Jack’s and be so well taken care of again! I wouldn’t even consider going to another collision repair service, and that’s coming from a driver of over 51 years and more than my share of needed collision repair work! Dishonest. We were referred here by State Farm for a minor fender bender. It’s a long story, but Jim&Jack’s misled and... tried to force us into totaling a very repairable car by claiming suspension damage (with no evidence) that was proven not to exist by another shop and was upheld by State Farm’s appraiser. Jim&Jack’s management was unwilling to discuss at all. This turned a very simple repair into a 2-month ordeal for us. Will not be back, ever.read more

I am giving them this five-star rating because of the past service I have gotten there it's a very convenient clean and... you can rent the car right there and return the car right there when you pick up your repaired vehicle however if your car is over 15 years old you'll have to go other places I was sent by Jim and Jack's to Cook's Collision Repair and they took very good care of meread more

Abel and Francisco were both amazing to work with, very professional and went the extra mile from start to finish on... repairing my vehicle. This is my follow-up review and I have to say that my husband and I are satisfied with the outcome of our car. And as... promised by Gabriel, the scratches were remedied for free.The key person in the El Segundo branch is Jessie. Wish we could have met him to extend our thanks. I have a suggestion though for the people manning the front to wear a smile.I highly recommend Jim and Jack's Collision Center compared to the others out there.read more
